The office of the College of pastors acts similarly to the office of CEO in a business organization. They oversee the day to day operations of the church and respond to different needs that cannot wait for any of the special meetings. The college of pastors works closely with Deacons, and Elders especially in terms of consultation, counseling, and guidance.
