This is a guide for our live streaming viewers. These instructions or steps will guide you to the general troubleshooting if something happens wrong before or during the live stream. If your problem is beyond the scope of this guide, feel free to chat or contact us through the live chatbox on the bottom right of this page. You need to register first to chat with our support team. We stream live both on Facebook and Youtube at the same time.
